problem of nRF52 DK recognition

Hi there,

I purchased the nRF52 DK, and I am going to study how to use basic tools.

However, there is a problem with recognition between the computer and the nRF52 DK.

The phenomenon is that LD5 is constantly flickering.

A problem occurred in step 6 in the "Connect and test" method you suggested.

Also, I installed all the necessary programs and changed the computer and usb wire and port.

(command-line-tools, SES, nRF Connect for Desktop, SDK etc..)

I'm also curious if the file size you suggested for firmware v1.1.0 is as low as 4.7k.

I have bought 2 DKs and both are the same.

There seems to be a problem other than the DK, but I can't find it.

Please save me.

I'm spending too much time.

Hello,

Where did you purchase these boards?

If you install nRF Connect for Desktop, are these boards identified if you use "Programmer" app?

Maybe you can send a picture or the board so I can check if all switches are set to the correct position?

What do the boards come up as in device manager in Windows?

Does it come up as a removable disk in Windows?

Maybe you can double check if you have another USB cable available, the most likely issue is the USB cable. Some USB cables are charging only.
