Nrf52833 LFRC clock accuracy in temperature difference

Hi,

One of our projects will use either a LFXO or the LFRC depending on the accuracy.

The product will be exposed to temperature differences ranging from approx. 0 - 50 degrees.

Will the LFRC be affected by the ppm change of the HFXO due to this temperature?

The datasheet mentions: Constant temperature within ±0.5 °C, calibration performed at least every 8 seconds, averaging interval > 7.5 ms, defined as 3 sigma

This means that the LFRC needs to be calibrated every ±0.5 °C .

But do we need to add the PPM error (at certain temperatures) of the HFXO to the ±500PPM of the LFRC?
