Low Power Sleep Current Oscillation

Hello all,

I am experiencing a ~5uA oscillation (between 5uA and 10uA) in sleep mode, DC/DC converter enabled, no RAM retention. The total current is of the entire system but I have narrowed the oscillation down to the nRF52833. I'm simply trying to understand why this is happening. The firmware developer does not have an answer for me so I'm posting here. Can this behavior be explained by a process within the chip that I am unaware of? The graph attached is data taken with a Keithley 2281S-20-6 DC supply at 3.8V, the voltage is stepped down to 2.4V through a buck converter and applied to the chip. Removing the buck converter does not change the behavior. The x-axis is ms so you can see that the oscillation is rather slow, sub 1Hz. Any insight here would be much appreciated. Please let me know what more information about the circuit may help.

Thank you!
