Development Boards not powering up and unsure why

Hello,

I am trying to reproduce the Mesh Light Switch demo at home now, with my own dev equipment and have hit some problems I did not expect -

Problem:

• nRF52840 Dongle is not programming
• nRF52840 DK is not powering up

My nRF52 DK & Feather nRF52840 are working for program & debug just fine, but now the two boards listed above are bricked! I have not changed anything and am very confused, these used to work just fine

Would you be able to help me get these back up programming & debugging code?

For the nRF52840 DK, please follow up in the other thread.

For the nRF52840 Dongle, what is your approach for programming it, and how does it fail?

Please note that the nRF5 SDK for Mesh does not contain any examples for the nRF52840 Dongle as of yet, and so you need to port any example from the DK version. See nRF52840 Dongle Programming Tutorial for more information (written primarily for nRF5 SDK, but the general information and approach holds for nRF5 SDK for Mesh as well.)
