Hi,

 

The ANT pins are single-ended, you can connect the antenna to only one of them, not both. If you only need one antenna in your design it is fine to just connect one of the ANT pins.

I need use TX and RX to transmit and receive data. If i cannot use one antenna for both, i will use 2 antenna. I will use it for nrf52810.

Hi,

 

You can use the same antenna for both TX and RX. Which ANT pin is used is selected by toggling the ANT_SEL pin.
