Idle current in online power calculator

I've been experimenting with your online power calculator: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/nordic/power/w/opp/2/online-power-profiler-for-ble for NRF52840.  I see that the idle current is shown as 2.7 uA. What exactly is that current -- is that radio idle current?  Where in the datasheet of the product can I find this number?

  • The Idle current of 2.7uA is derived by adding the following  below.

     

    Pretty close to 2.7uA.

    You can see the difference between the two different LF clock options. The 32Khz RC is higher which you can see by switching the LC clock option back and forth.

    Using this RC option is ok if one can handle the extra bit of current consumption and wishes to save some board space, cost and free up two GPIOs.
