Porting BSD library to other OS.

Hi,

I have successfully created the bsd_os port for BSD lib.  Everything runs without crashing.  However bsd_init always returns 3, no mater what. Which in turn causes the open socket to fail.  Could you tell me what I am missing in order for the bsd_init function to succeed ? The LTE is enabled, LFClock is running prior to call bsd_init().  The bsd_os porting code is here github.com/.../bsdlib_os_bare.c

Given that you're calling _S defined structures, it indicates that you're in secure state when calling bsd_init. Is this correct?

bsdlib shall only be used in non-secure region, as the modem can only communicate in non-secure mode.

That is correct. The call originate from secure firmware.  This mean that I have to make bridge call secure<->non secure.  Do you have some info about it please? I am using GCC 9, thanks.  The reserved RAM section is already set to be accessible from NS. The interrupts are also set accessible from NS.  I got the callback to bsd_os_init and bsd_os_timewait properly though.

I would recommend looking at the SPM example in ncs:

Which uses the spm library:

In ncs, the secure region is its own image, which jumps to the non-secure application after initial setup.
