How to disable JTAG to protect the access.x`

Do MCU has provision of disabling the JTAG after production to stop Unauthorized access?

Yes and no.

There is APROTECT in UICR, but there is also a bug report about its behaviour IIRC. Not sure if the latter is included in the errata sheet.
