Questions about nRF9160dk

Hello~ I have previously written related articles. But I don't get the answer I want, so I ask you again.
Use the toolchain manager to use ncs 1.3.1. The error as shown in the process of setting up the SES is generated.

There are many difficulties because it is my first time using this board. Thank you for your help.

1. What should I do with this problem?

2. The nRF9160_pca10090 is not visible in the Toolchain manager.  Instead, nRF9160dk_nRF9160 appears. Is it the same thing?

3. You are trying to communicate wirelessly with two nRF9160dk. Do I have to use SES? Or is there another way?

4. Is the GPS that appears on the nRF Cloud and LTE Link Monitor the same principle?
While GPS appears in the LTE Link Monitor, data is not received in the nRF Cloud. What's the reason?

I don't understand. Can you please elaborate?

No, nRF Cloud and LTE Link Monitor is not the same. GPS in LTE Link Monitor is the position of the LTE tower you are connected to, not the nRF9160 itself.

If you are not seeing GPS data in nRF Cloud, what application are you running on your device? I suggest programming the Asset Tracker to test the GPS functionality.

    Kind regards,
    Øyvind
