Source code for pre-compiled hex code for thingy 91

We are making customize the wearable who records the data from the accelerometer and GPS sensors and sends it back to our server. SO, we decided to use thingy 91 chip has inbuilt GPS and accelerometer. I found that thingy 91 records the data and send it back to the nRF cloud using GSM technology.

1 ) Does nRFcloud allow the user API to access the data? (if yes, then how to get access to nRFcloud)

we want Nordic to help us develop customize firmware as per our requirement. for that if you can give the source file of Precompiled application and modem firmware available at the website (https://www.nordicsemi.com/Software-and-tools/Prototyping-platforms/Nordic-Thingy-91/Download#infotabs).

Here is also the nRF Cloud device REST API

The precompiled application running on the Thingy:91 is the Asset Tracker application and the source code is available on Github.

The modem firmware is not open sourced, and we only deliver this as a "Certified binary".
(same goes for the softdevices as you may know from our BLE devices)
