To select reliable and economical wireless network

my project is to send pressure data from one device to four other devices, it is medical field, previously i worked in nordic openthread udp protocol using nrf52840 for mesh network

but as for now, in  this application I don't know which network and what device (preferably to be economical) to select,

can anyone guide me in this issue?
