about optimise

that whole "for" statement  would be optimised.

Yes, the C optimizer will eliminate the empty loop.

If you wanted a delay, use nrf_delay_us() or nrf_delay_ms() functions.

   for(volatile uint32_t VAR1=0;VAR1<10000;VAR1++)
   {
   }

Not recommended. It will produce a different delay for different compiler optimization options.
