Is NCS installed via Toochain Manager? If so, is SES opened via Toochain Manager? Can you provide the full output (in output view) from SES?

I was not able to reproduce this error. Did you try to restart SES? What version of the Toolchain Manager and nRF Connect for Desktop are you running?
