Can I redefined P022(BUTTON) and P024(external memory) pins to GPIO without change the pca10056.h?

I want to test scl and sda on nrf52840-dk using p022 and p024 ,is it able to change in my program,  or I need to cut the bridge, too?

Hi, 

Default P0.22 is connected to the on-board external QSPI memoery chip on the DK. If you are not using the external memory QSPI chip, you can short the SB25 to enable the pins as normal GPIOs. See this post.
