Hi.
Which version of Wireshark are you using? Are you able to sniff other devices that run newer version of the BLE protocol?

wireshark 3.0.3 and it is showing me every other device. I have problem with lenovo tablet which is running on 4.2.
What GAP role is the tablet? Central or Peripheral, i.e is it scanning or advertising?
it is a slave and when we do a normal bluetooth scanning then i can see the tablet but my sniffer tools can not see the device. Is it due to 4.2 or what
Hi,
I assume that you mean that the device is advertising. The advertising packet is the same in 4.2 so it should not be dependent on that version. The reason I asked for the GAP role is that some devices can advertise on the adv channels in a non normal sequence, Could you try sniff on only one channel by changing the Adv hop to only one ADV channel:

hi
if this does not help than what?
Hi,
Did you try it? What was the result?
