Where should it be nor the MAXPACKETSIZE. 

this code is in the system_nrf52840.h

I am not sure I am understanding your issue here precisely.
Could you include the entire error message? I am assuming that this is a compilation error of sorts, which might be due to a missing path or addition to the makefile, for example.
Could you also elaborate on what you meant when you say:
