How TO compile a example program from github

sir, i am attempting to compile a solution from github(nrf calender) but i could n"t.Tell me where should i put the file and how to compile to make it work??

Have you downloaded the SDK 16? 

Did you download the nrf-calendar example and put it in the SDK16/peripheral/ folder?

Do you have SEGGER installed? 

If all of the above steps has been completed the open SES and click on  the Open Existing button, then select the project file (nrf_calendar_pca10056.emProject) located in your project path \examples\peripheral\nrf5-calendar-example-master\pca10056\blank\ses folder.



Do you get any errors?

yes it is working but i have done interfaces(accelarometer,light) in 15.0.0. what happens if i change into 16.0.0?? my code  will work or do i have to change the code??

Hi,

There is a migration guide that you can follow to move your code from SDK 15 to SDK 16.
It might work and it might not you have to test it.
