Firmware Update not working

Hello!

I got my Thingy91 this week and would like to update the firmware as the first step.

I installed all the newest software nRF Connect v3.5.0 and Segger J-Link V6.86d.

After I would like to install the firmware after the write I got the following error message:

"Modem DFU failed with error: Error: Error occured when program. Errorcode: CouldNotCallFunction (0x9) Lowlevel error: INVALID_PARAMETER (fffffffd)"

Please could you help us. I'am a teacher in a technical school and I need this for my student project.

What OS are you using? What version of the Thingy:91 do you have? 

We are aware of some issues and are currently working to fix these.

I have Windows 10 Education as my OS.

My Thingy-Version: PCA20035 1.4.0 2020.23

I hope this is the right Thingy-Version Information.

Hello!

I have solved the problem. It was my problem. I used the whole zip-File( thingy91_fw_2020-09-23_b6ad40d0.zip) for firmware update instead the zip-File (mfwnrf9160121.zip) in the extracted directory.
