Direction finding library for nRF5340 PDK

Hello,

I've asked this question around 6 months ago. Now I have to pick up where I left off and I was wondering how much the situation might have changed since.

- Last time I checked I still couldn't find any software library that implemented the BT5.1 direction finding in the nF5340 PDK. Is that still the case?

- May I ask for help regarding where I can find documents and material if I decide to try and implement the direction finding function myself? It would be even better if I had direct access to the antenna array within the SoC not through a library, but if a library is already available I'd rather focus on the programming of the application.

I have two nRF52840 DKs on hand in case the above mentioned approach isn't available, but that'd be the best option.

Hi Peter,

There is limited support available for DF for nRF52833 and nRF52811 using NCS, but for accesing these examples you need to get in contact with our Regional Sales Representative in your local area. If you send me a DM with your location I can give your his/her contact information.

There is no support for DF for nRF5340 available yet.

Hi,

I think to be able to send DMs you need to fill out your contact information on your Devzone profile. Then you can send private messages from the "New message" option on the envelope symbol on the right upper corner.

You could also open a private ticket and ask for the RSM information, but to do this you also need to complete filling out your information on Devzone.
