nRF52840 Wake on GPIO timing requirements

Hi,

I would like to wake the nRF52840 SoC from sleep via a GPIO High Pulse input.

What is the minimum allowable pulse period do I need for it to successfully wake up the nRF52840??

Hi

You can check out the Device startup times section in the product specification found here in the Infocenter. For reference, the minimum pulse between events is one clock pulse of 16MHz (0.0625µs).
