I'd like to know how to check if the battery is charging.

I use the TP4056 charging module and the 3.7V lithium battery (300mAh) and work on sdk v17.

One of the features I'm trying to create is when the charging connector is connected to the battery (that is, when charging), to stop the previous function and output the battery value to the three LEDs. To do this, I need to be able to detect that the battery is charging. Are there any examples or references to this?

According to the datasheet of the TP4056, there's a pin that goes low when the battery is being charged. Connect this to a GPIO with a pullup.

According to the data sheet, pin 7 of TP4056 becomes PULL DOWN when charging.

To read the signal from this pin, do I connect pin 7 of TP4056 to the GPIO pin of the CPU when designing the PCB?

Correct!

Note that you need a pullup resistor as well, but you can use the on-chip resistor in the GPIO.
