nRF52840/s140 connecting to Huawei P8 Lite

Dear Nordic Support,

Our product is based on nrf52840/s140 and we have difficulties connecting to it using Huawei P8 Lite while it is fine using other Android or iOS phones.

Will be grateful if you guys can shed some light on any workarounds/fixes for this.

So what debugging have you done to find what's going on?

What Android versions?

Does the Huawei P8 Lite connect OK to other BLE devices?

Are you using your own app, or nRF Connect?

Is the phone seeing the advertising?

Do you see anything different at the nRF end between this phone, and other phones?
