CMSIS in Segger Embedded Studio doesn´t open

I have installed CMSIS according to this

documentation. After restarting SES (Release 4.52c  Build 2020051500.42136) I see the menu point "CMSIS Configuration Wizard" in the left click context menu, but the Wizard doesn´t open when I click it. Instead, I get this output:

CMSIS Config
CMSIS Config sdk_config.h
Finished CMSIS Config

To be honest, I prefer to use Keil to view & edit the sdk_config.h files:

I second awneil's suggestion about using Keil. However, the CMSIS configuration should work. Do you have a Java VM installed? If so, can you see if you are able to run <SDK>/external_tools/cmsisconfig/CMSIS_Configuration_Wizard.jar directly?
