How to switch to dfu mode

Hi..

I want to update the firmware over OTA. For the first time I have downloaded ble_secure_bootloader and softdevice, then I flashed the application file  by scanning the dfutarg. Now my question is how to update the firmware now. Without downloading again the ble_secure_bootloader and softdevice 

I have merged all the files into. Hex file and then converted into dfu . Zip package too , how can I update the firmware now. Want to switch to dfu mode suggest me please

I am using nRF52832 and 16version sdk.
