nRF52840, can any Pin be configured for I2C & SPI?

Hi, 

we are moving from nRF52840 DK to integrate nRF52840 to our solution. In the datasheet for pin assignments (Link) it states "recommendation usage; Standard drive, low frequency I/O only"

Does that mean that this Pin is not recommended to be configured for high frequency implementation such as SPI or I2C?
What is considered Low Frequency, 50Hz?

It is actually just based on one question, can any pin be configured as I2C or SPI?

Up to 10kHz is considered low frequency.

It is not recommended to use high drive or high frequency for those pins because doing so may cause interference issues for the radio.

So the pins themselves can be configured for I2C or SPI, but it may cause other issues for you. I would recommend using different pins if it's possible.
