NRF5832 Possible to Read Signal Strength (RSSI) of nearby beacons and broadcast to server via 2.4GHZ Wifi?

I have tried my best to find answers in questions posted previously but I still have a few questions that I would like to clear up. I will keep it concise. Thank you very much for your help in advance.

1: Does NRF52832 have 2.4GHZ WIFI?

2: To start of development, is it okay to just use a nrf52832 Bluetooth beacon that I will be using for production for development. It doesn't have a usb port or any port to connect to. Is it possible to just use OTA for development

 No, WiFi is not supported

 Probably not, depends on what application is already running on the beacon and if it has a FOTA service. But then it wouldn't be a beacon etc...
