nrfjprog returned error 33

Hello, I am writing the firmware to the product in the J-Link and nrfjprog.
The command is used in the same way as described in the Makefile, and is used in general.
Normally there is no problem, but with a probability of about 1%, it fails with error33.
Looking at the nrfjprog documentation, it says "JLinkARMDllError DLL reported error."
What causes this error and how can I resolve it?

If you get this error I recommend to retry nrfjprog. I have seen this kind of problem sometimes when using USB hub.
