USB not recognized

I bought a development board nRF52840. Connecting it to the PC (WIN 10 x64) will not recognize the device. At first I thought it could be the cable, bought a couple and it still didn't work. Tried a couple arduinos and they are immediately recognized. Is there a driver that needs to be installed for these to work?

If I press the "IF BOOT/RESET" pushbutton while switching the power on a storage drive will pop on Windows Explorer, but nRF connect will still say No devices Available

You can download the latest JLINK firmware here, you need to hold down the "IF BOOT/RESET" button on the DK while switching it on, and it should show up as an external disk named "BOOTLOADER".
Then drag the firmware over to the "BOTLADER" external disk.
