nRF52833 communication through USB

Hi. I have a question regaring the nRF52833. I want to program the MCU using ArduinoIDE and I'm not sure if I have to use a programmer to program the nRF52833 and if so do any of you know which one to use? and also how to connect it to the nRF52833

Do you have an Arduino Core for the nRF52833 ?

Arduino isn't supported by Nordic - so you'd need to ask on the Arduino forums.
