Writing data to SDCard at 1mSec interval using FatFS

Hi There,

I'm working on a datalogger project using nrf52840, includes BLE also. I'm using external 24 channel ADC and should be able to log data to the SDCard at the rate of 1000 samples/sec. I'm trying to write to the SDCard using FatFS. Is it really possible to log the data at that rate?. Any application close to my requirement?.

Thank you for clarifying, my mistake then.

Please check out the SD card library and the SD card example. Depending on the SD card you're using, you should be able to store this amount of data onto the SD card.

My question is not about storing that amount of data. Can we actually write to the SDCard at that rate(1000 samples/sec) using FatFS?

FatFs is an independent 3rd-party product - nothing to do with Nordic - you'd need to contact ChaN for specific questions on its capabilities: http://elm-chan.org/fsw/ff/00index_e.html

You could look at the nRF52840 Product Specification for details of the performance of its SPI controller ...
