Which commercial dongle advised for reliable Windows comm ?

Hello

We have produced boards with a Telit module using the nRF52832 chip.

Our software developper have a lot of problems making the connexion and communication reliable on Windows. Most of the problems encountered are likely to be caused by chipset/driver/windows incompatibilities (we don't have enough feedback for that, but sometimes upgrading the chipset driver (when available !) solves the issue).

We are investigating about providing a USB dongle to our customers.

Do you have some advices on which commercial dongle (I mean case-encapsulated) with a good software and driver support and compatiblity ?

You can also check out our third party modules, but it seems like you're looking for a more finished/commercial product.
