when i use jlink tool link to nrf52832 board,it is err like this picture,i do not no why

Your link mode seems like is JTAG mode. It's not the SW mode. So that the interface pin is more than SW mode. May you check the hardware connection of J-link EDU?

i use it to download ok before,Suddenly unable to download，and cannot recovery.

i can use this jlink to download other board ok.

After chip replacement，it is also ok.

Recently, there are many boards in the use of this phenomenon.

it is may jlink info,and i get by nrfjprog

The J-Link firmware is quit strange, is'nt it? The FW from your first picture is V9 2222/22/22?

I think you may update FW, and try again.
