How to share private ticket with my colleagues ?

Hi,

I have gone through this ticket --> https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/30104/how-do-i-share-private-questions-with-my-coworkers-using-the-new-devzone

But I can't find any option to share my ticket. Please suggest if any other way to do this.

Hi Hardik,

Cannot really see your screenshot since it is covered by a terminal window.
Could you try to locate the "More" button and select "Share": 
Note that this feature is only for "private" cases, since public cases are already available for others.

Now I can see 'Share' option but click not working.

Other options like 'Convert to public' working.

Could you please try another browser service, since it could be related to that.
We are able to do it on our side, so it could be an issue with the browser you are using.

Hi Martin,

I tried in other Ubuntu 18.04 Laptop (Mozilla Firefox 82.0) , It worked once and added 2 people but when  tried again to add some more people in the same Laptop, it didn't work.

Browser version in my system are

      - Google Chrome 86.0.4240.111

      - Mozilla Firefox 82.0

Hi Martin,

I've created one more private ticket and noticed that sharing is working fine with that ticket.

but old ticket (Case ID: 258733 )  is still having same problem.

Hi Hardik,
Could you please try to log out and log on your account to see if that changes anything.
From our tests on our side this should work.

If that does not work, please try another computer.

It can be some system specific issues. So going to close this.

Any ways new tickets are working just fine
