nrf9160 : Support on NB-IoT PoC test cases

We are getting a request from our customer on supporting on NB-IoT PoC test cases as below.

Can you please let us know how we can simulate or execute the same?

We do not support CIoT EPS Optimizations: https://devzone.nordicsemi.com/f/nordic-q-a/66045/nrf9160-support-for-ciot-eps

You can detach from the network by sending AT+CFUN=4/20/0 to the modem. For a description of what the different CFUN values does, you can check the AT command documentation:

In your application, you can use the lte_lc_offline() or lte_lc_power_off() to send AT+CFUN=4 or 0 respectively.
