sd-req for Soft Device S140 v7.2.0

Hi,

I am just unable to find the FW ID for SD v7.2.0 anywhere.

I am using SDK 17 and s140 7.2.0 and am trying to create a DFU package to update both the Soft Device and the Application.

Questions:

1.  What is the --sd-req code for the s140 SD 7.2.0?

2.  Where/How do I find the 'authoritative list' of codes?  [I looked in Release Notes, haven't noticed it so far, pardon me if I missed it.]

3.  [I'm attempting to upgrade from the 7.0.1 SD to the 7.2.0 SD in deployed HW using DFU]:

     - I think I need to specify both --sd-req for the the 7.0.1 existing SD and ..--sd-id for the new SD?

     - On other words the "  * SD + APP: Supported (SD of same Major Version)." Use case?

2. It's in the release notes (page 2) given to you in the ZIP when you download the softdevice

Not sure on 3, you might have to wait for a Nordic engineer to reply.

Thanks to Ivan's nice answer for Q1 and Q2.

For Q3, Yes, you can update sd+ app with SD of the same Major Version. You need --sd-req 0x0100, 0x00CA (new SD and SD now running), and --sd-id 0x0100 for the new SD. If you have any issues regarding this update, please provide the commands used to generate the package and your update flow.
