I would like to know why the error '__RAM1_segment_end___' is output.

I'm working on sdk v17, and I copied the previously created project to sdk in the new path. (to use some of the functions of the previous project as they were)
And when I modified and build the project, the first error I saw was printed.

This error is output from 'ses_startup_nrf_common.s'

   

Output/Ultrasonic Claner_rev1 Debug/Obj/ses_startup_nrf_common.o: in function `InitializeUserMemorySections':
undefined reference to `__RAM1_segment_end__'

Can I know the cause and solution of this error?

I downloaded the attachment instead of the existing flash_placement file and put it in a folder. But when I rebuild, the same error is printed.
Would it be better to do it in a new project on SDK v17.0.2 instead of using the previous project?

It should not be neccessary, but to ensure a complete re-build, I think it may be worth trying to delete the build folder before you build your project again (after swapping the XML file). It does not make sense that you still get the same error.

 That should work too.
