Potential Bug in Toolchain manager update v0.8.0

Hi,

I recently updated the "Toochain Manager" app inside "nRF Connect for Desktop"  to v0.8.0, and after this update, the Segger embedded studio IDE just freezes when opened for the first time, or when you create new project using existing sample.

I am using Windows 10. nRF Connect for Desktop v3.6.0
 
I tried removing and reinstalling the SDK toolchain (1.3.2) and also the nRF Connect App. It came to the same result.


How do I downgrade the toolchain manager?

I will really appreciate the help.
