nRF52810 UART can not reinit success

Hi, 

    I want to close uart by using app_uart_close() for low power, but can not init uart again by using app_uart_init() or nrf_drv_uart_init().

    More I had try TASKS_STOPRX and 0x40002FFC, is same not work.
