How to identify memory leaks, RAM corruption and Stack overflows in runtime in nRF52840

Hi Team,

we are using the nRF52840 for our development purpose. we need sample code for Stack overflows/under flow and Memory leaks detection in runtime by using MPU.

It is very helpful to us if we have any sample code for above scenarios.

If you are using nRF5 SDK you could enable the STACK_GUARD. If you are using an RTOS, they should have their own internal RTOS specific mechanism to catch stack overflows.

There is no easy way to find memory leaks (heap memory) in an embedded environment. Most of them avoid using them for the same reason. What kind of heapmemory are you using? RTOS based or any baremetal library?
