Some cell phones don't seem to be able to pairing.

Hello

I use nrf52832 and SDK v17.

I'm conducting various tests on Bluetooth.  And I faced a lot of new problems.
I erased a previously saved bond from the Android nrf connect app and has since failed pairing.

After a while, I don't know how I did it, but I succeeded in bonding and connected it.
I've been using several cell phones to test my Bluetooth connection, and I've tested it with four cell phones, and I've confirmed that three of them are successful.

The other one is an iPhone, but I don't know why it's not connected.  If try to pair with this iPhone, it says still connecting.

Are these problems related to Bond?

Hello,

Have you tried to delete the bonding information on the peripheral (nrf52832) as well? You may also want to enable debug logging over UART or RTT on the peripheral side if possible.
