J-Link Segger with nrf command line script

I am not able to run commands with nrfjprog using the J-link Segger device 

e.g. nrfjprog --family nrf52 

I can do it only with the Keil or Segger UI environment

How can I run scripts using the J-link device?

    Hello,

    Are you getting any errors when you run "nrfjprog --family nrf52". Also, what OS do you use, windows, linux, or macos?

    Could this possibly be a jlink clone? It doesn't appear to have a valid serial number.

    It might be clone - but how can it work with Keil or Segger studio? and not with the on-line commands
