How to enable always DCDC converter on nRF51422

I want to always enable DCDC converter on nRF51422 regradless of RF enable.

The DCDC recommendations are here.

When you enable the DCDC it will not turn on. It will just enable the softdevice to turn it on when radio is active, as stated in nRF51 Series Reference Manual 3.0 section 12.1.3.

I understand that DCDC converter is controlled by H/W on nRF51422 Pleaes let me know how to measure the efficiency of DCDC converter and provide FW for that.
