In the working state, the input voltage of the battery may drop from 3.0V to 0.4v or even 0.0V. After charging, the voltage will quickly up to 2.4V, and then slowly charge to 3V. The battery will stay on the board always and will not be disconnected. Will the chip fail to reset normally and cause a crash under such changes?

The POR circuitry will handle this fine as long as the startup time is less than 60 ms https://infocenter.nordicsemi.com/topic/ps_nrf52833/recommended_op_conditions.html. From <0.4 to 1.7 V.
