Segger Build warnings and multiple errors in Zephyr, "implicit declaration of function 'DT_INST'

I have been testing a sample project that has compiled and worked fine for a week.  But now it is giving build errors related to Zephry.

I think a broke a configuration, but an unable to find it.

I tried loading other clean samples and they all give the same warning and errors, please see the screen shots below.

Thanks for any assistance.  Considering an un-installing then reloading everything.
