Is there a program in Nordic that graph the real-time values of sensors?

I would like to view the changes in sensor values in real time in a graph.
Can you recommend a tool from Nordic or an easy-to-use program?

not from Nordic.

However, there are plenty of tools that can accept arbitrary data streams and graph them ...
