nRF UART Service Subscription Error

I am using Unity3D BLE Plugin by Shatalmac (www.assetstore.unity3d.com/.../. Upon using the example code, it is discovering the UARt custom service, but dont know why it is not subscribing to that and giving me the error on writing. Using logcat, I found out the error to be:

Please guide me what to do. This is driving me mad.

I Am using API Level 19(Android 4.4 Kitkat) for the build. Phone is Motorola Droid Razr M. My Dev Board is nRF51-DK with SoftDevice 110.

Are you running the ble uart example from Nordic SDK on the nRF51? And you want to connect to it using a 3rd party android app? Are you sure the uart service has the same properties?
