Unlocking files

I need to develop a product using the nRF910. I have downloaded files from the download page but when I expand the files to open they are LOCKED with a RED CROSS. How do I go about unlocking all these files

I have downloaded files from the download page but when I expand the files to open they are LOCKED with a RED CROSS.

Could you specify which files you have downloaded and exactly where you downloaded them from? How exactly does this LOCKED with a RED CROSS warning/error look? Perhaps you could share a screenshot or similar of the issue.
Could it be an anti-virus program acting up? I have never heard about this being an issue earlier.
Did you download the files from the official nRF9160 Product Page?
