nRF52840,  what is different between WLCSP and QFN?

Only footprint, and chip size?

what application is suitable for WLCSP and QFN?

Packet size only. The silicon die is exactly the same. WLCSP is suitable when there's little room. PCB cost can be higher due to thinner tracks and smaller vias.

What PCB's house can produce PCB for BGA with drill 0.1 mm and outer diameter 0.2 mm. Could you please recommend some? Thanks in advance.

It highly depends where in the world you are located, numbers and other requirements.

We are from Czechia middle Europe, but we can order boards from almost anywhere. Numbers are low, just prototyping, we accept higher price for this case. Could you please give me a recomendation?
