Where can I find the example HEX file for nRF52 DK to run desktop nRF connect "Bluetooth Low Energy"

Hi Sir

As subject, I have a nRF52-DK on hand,
I'd like to use the "Bluetooth Low Energy APP" of the desktop nRF connect software to scan BLE device and connect it,

Just like the mobile APP nRF connect in smartphone,

Currently, the desktop APP always program nRF52-DK when I open the APP,

Can someone let me know how to find the HEX file what the APP programed in my nRF52-DK,

I have checked the RF power with spectrum, seems 0dBm around, too low for me,

I'd like to increase it to 4dBm, can someone help on this ?

@Mardin: As explained in the case pointed by Andrew Neil. nRF Connect use the same firmware used for pc_ble_driver. 
So you can follow this instruction on how to compile the connectivity firmware https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/pc-ble-driver/blob/master/README.md#Compiling-connectivity-hex-files After you can compile it you start modify it as you wish. 

Note that the current nRFConnect BLE app only supports sd_api_v5, not v6 or above.
