Bluetooth qualification for iOS/Android Mesh libraries

Are the iOS and Android Mesh libraries hosted on Github (https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/IOS-nRF-Mesh-Library and https://github.com/NordicSemiconductor/Android-nRF-Mesh-Library) qualified by the Bluetooth SIG?

Is this something that isn't needed or something each application using these libraries are supposed to do?

Hi.

The phone should be qualified with Bluetooth SIG, not the Mesh app itself. So you shouldn't need to qualify this.
